Trish was never employed in a corporation. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, she had built three businesses in her early 20s. She had what most people would say is a difficult life — unpredictable and uncertain. Some ventures made money, some lost money — but through it all, she carried an unshakeable orientation toward abundance and possibility.
She found her calling in coaching in 2020. Since then, she has helped hundreds of coaches and consultants across North America, Europe, and East Asia break invisible barriers, step into their new identity, and launch their businesses. Her gift is simplifying complexity. She brings a dynamic energy, vibrant presence, and a special kind of care in the spaces she holds and steps into.

Suam spent 12 years in senior leadership at one of Spain's leading commercial banks. He had what most people would call a successful life. Somewhere along the journey, something shifted — and that dissonance became the beginning of a different path. He left corporate life in 2018, found his calling as a business mentor, and has since helped hundreds of service-based businesses in Spain and Latin America grow and double their sales.
He's very good with money: building wealth, and managing expenses. But his strongest gift is his ability to change the way people see money — as a tool to do more good. He brings to business the same energy he has in Crossfit: focused, disciplined, and fun.
Their shared story
Their paths crossed in 2019, at the beginning of their personal (re)awakening. What followed was love, a shared life, and — in 2023 — an unexpected business partnership catalysed by a spiritual calling. That's when they decided to put their contrary yet complementary forces together and use it for deeper impact.
Trish and Suam represent the harmonious intersection of opposing forces — the two halves that form a singular, balanced circle. Within their bond, they provide an all-encompassing perspective that allows them to reach further and create a deeper, lasting impact in the lives of the people they touch.
Together, with the help of their teenage daughter, they are using business as a force for becoming, belonging, and giving. Not as a tagline. As a daily practice that impacts everyone who comes in contact with them and the Deeply Rooted Ecosystem.
